Investigated 150+ candidate sites through ARCED and DOE records and Google Earth historical imagery, then cross-referenced ambiguous cases against sources such as TSIP — tracking findings in Excel and flagging methodology improvements along the way.

Resolving reimbursement and funding queries from financial officers across 700+ student organizations, and managing over $14M in funds. Synthesized recurring FO pain points into an expanded help center, and designing a query-tracking system to turn those issues into workshops ahead of grant season.
